Will I be charged when I use RetailTxt?

Answer: Not by RetailTxt. RetailTxt is a free service, but your standard text messaging rates apply. Most people have unlimited or bulk texting included in their mobile plan. Check with your carrier to find out what your current rates are.

How do I know if my phone and carrier are compatible with RetailTxt?

What is the difference between RetailTxt and mobile spamming?

Answer: With RetailTxt, mobile users must subscribe to the service by sending the initial text message to opt in. Also, RetailTxt programs are individually approved by each wireless carrier. Spammers and unsolicited marketers are prohibited from sending messaging through these networks.

How do I manage my settings?

How do I unsubscribe from a program?

Answer: Opting out is easy. Subscribers can simply text STOP to 67768. Or, sending END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE will also work. Because you are free to do this at any time, you can rest assured that you are in complete control of the experience.
